World Cup: Who's Going To Win?

It's Time For Africa! In less than 1 minute the 2010 FIFA World Cup will start. In just 90 minutes any moment could be the moment. A goal, an assist, an injury, a play, a pass, a block, anything could happen. The showdown between the Netherlands and Spain will be historical. Either way a new winner will emerge out of their previous ashes and be crowned the 2010 World Cup Champions.

Spain favored by many to win, will, in my predictions will lose. I predict it will be a close game at 2-1 Netherlands. It's time for the Netherlands to shine through. So close to victory in back-to-back tornaments in '74 and '78, it's their turn to win. Some of the most dominant players on the Netherlands team will soar the whole team past the Spanish players.

In the 2006 FIFA World Cup over 700 million people took 90 minutes of their time to sit down and watch the match won by Italy. This year is believed to going to be the most watched World Cup ever in history. The ultimate goal would be able to top the 2008 Summer Olympics Opening Ceremonies in Beijing which reached number one in the most viewed event in history with over 1 billion people.

It all comes down to this: Netherlands vs. Spain, July 11, 2011, 2:30pm. Who. Will. Win.

In great honor I say: Ne Kako. Celebrate Africa's Humanity.

  1. The dads were watching the game up in Keene, but I was in the next room. Whenever they would jump up and yell, I would roll my eyes and jump/yell when they stopped. My mom, dad's cousin who's my age, and Julia were trying to do a 1,000 piece puzzle, but I was bored within five minutes because it was too hard, so I looked in a birdfeeder for hidden objects. I never found that dang marble. :-(
