What could be better? Part Numero Uno

Hello, to every single person, who steps foot in my mere speck of dust in the blogosphere. This past week has been one to remember. Actually it didn't really start until Tuesday. On Tues. of course I had school, but this was a blow off day of school. Why? Because there was a field trip, a field trip to the Stoneham Theatre to see A Christmas Carol. We get to school and go to our classes, there we await for the buses arrival. The time has come and we all pour out of our classes, down the stairs, out the doors, and on to our designated buses. When all set and done, we set out and embarked on our journey. On the bus ride I mostly only talked with 3 people, the person next to me, and the two in front of me. Sure to be an interesting bus ride with each and every one of our capricious personalities. Since it being Sat. and this was on Tues. I'm not going to remember every detail of the bus ride. Us kids living in Massachusetts, have to cope with the cold. And one of the things we do on the bus in the winter is draw on the windows with our fingers. So all four of us (me, person next to me, and two in front of me) all played Tic Tac Toe. I won a couple of times, but mostly they were ties. Once we had used up all of the "drawing board" (window), the window had now become diaphanous, letting light come through, and enabling us to see through to the drivers next to us. Which led to our next activity as I would put it. We waved to drivers trying to get some sort of response, whether it had be a wave, a smile, or a honk. So we are waving and waving and nothing, nada, zilcho. But then we finally get a car who we are waving to and all of a suddon the man guessing between, 18-20 years of age, yelled a response we were not expecting. He mouthed the words f*** you. This paroxysm brought a state of shock to all of us. Trying to palliate the situation we all laughed, and laughed. Then, while we are watching and waving, out the window, notice a women fairly old, recalcitrant of the speed limit, because she zoomed right by us. All of us who saw laughed and thought how could a little old lady zoom right by us. The rest of the bus ride, well I can't recall, I told you I wouldn't remember it all. Then we get to the Theatre. Now driving through this town was, different, not really all that "pretty". We walk in and it's a slope from the door up to a certain point. Then this slope goes down. Like there was about a two foot wide peak and then it sloped on two sides. So picture this a hill with two slopes, then at the top was a flat part about two feet wide. and then you build a building on it without fixing the topography. I mean like the hall was even slanted! Oh well I guess. After about a one hour wait sitting in the theatre the play started. This play lasted about two hours with about a five to ten minute intermission. Then came the bus ride part 2, the way back. This time was just as good as the first part down. Then beginning of the ride was pretty dull and boring. Me, being me looked out the window, and saw rays of sun drenching the ground below. It looked a numinous setting. Then the talking kicked back up again, and then one of us noticed a truck behind us that said CSI with words following each letter. And then we looked closely, it said Cubicle Situations Inc. I mean like what kind of name is that? We had just assumed it said Crime Scene Investigation but nope. Before we knew it we were back at the school, there we straight to our lockers grabbed our belongings (our lunch and jacket, if brough), and went right down to the lunchroom, had lunch, and then we all boarded our buses again to home. Later that night we went to Uno's. I haven't been there in, I don't know how long. But I got this really good pizza, it was taller and more filling than the normal, I forget what it was called, but it, was, goooood. And that's Part 1, next time hear about, Applebee's, Barnes&Nobles, Kyle, Hot Cocoa, Weirdest Book Title 2009, singing, and more!

  1. I, being the Real Anonymous, was with Jon on that field trip. I, was one of the two people sitting in front of him. I, having both windows blocked by the other three peoples bodies, did not see the guy that bad-mouthed us, the little old lady, or the CSI truck. However they all talked about it, and I just played along. I don't think they knew that I didn't see those things. Yeah, Tic-Tac-Toe was a fail, because its pretty hard to lose, so most games, except for maybe two out of about thirteen, were tied. The play was nothing special, in my opinion, and I think our school puts on better ones. Which isn't saying much. Our school plays are awesome. Jon cleverly left out one part of the ride back to school though. And I'm going to let the WHOLE WORLDWIDE WEB KNOW IT!!!! You know that sugar you use to put on French toast that's light and powdery? You know how it's called confectionary sugar? Jon thought it was confectionate. Yup. Confectionate. That's for not giving me my calculator sooner. Don't worry, there will be a fudge puddle tomorrow. Wait until my next comment on Part Two, you guys, because I didn't just go to Barnes&Noble, I brought my MOTHER with me! ;-)

  2. Wow. You used a lot of big words in that post. Did you notice that a French person looked at your Bon Qui Qui post?
